Discount Tire

Discount Tire and Bryce did an amazing job helping me select the right new tires while staying within the budget I wanted. Bryce was incredibly friendly, courteous, and really listened to what I was looking for in a tire. I was honestly shocked at how quickly they finished the job—well under an hour! I stopped in during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the entire process was. I highly recommend Discount Tire, and especially Bryce, to everyone I know. He did an amazing job, and we will definitely be back for all of our future tire needs. Great experience from start to finish!

I have been a customer at Discount Tire in 3 states. I grew up seeing the ad where the lady throws the tire through the window. My dad raised me on Discount Tire. I have to say these guys were great today and very friendly. Excellent experience in every way. Gage and Issac walked me through the purchase and alignment info. The other guys were friendly too. I feel the tires I bought are reasonable priced for the brand and tread. The store was clean and wide open. Private restroom. Alignment and 4 tires and I was in and out in less than a hour. Wow, just wow. I was so happy to have my vehicle roadworthy for my children again. Keep up the great work yall!

How is it y'all did a flat repair on my RR tire, which had 2/32 tread, and then I come back in less than a week later with the LR needing a flat repair, same tread depth, and your Sat guy refused to do it insisting I had to buy a tire???? How you fix one and not the other??? Same tread depth and condition! I'm not sure how to react to this! I wanna buy tires there because your guy took good care of me the first visit, but now I don't trust them

Hands down the BEST tire installation I’ve experienced. Technicians were professional and incredibly fast with getting my new tires and TPMS sensors installed. I will never go to another tire place as long as the expertise is kept up here. Thank you Discount Tire!

Day 2 of vacation and our Van has a flat tire with a screw in it. Got the doughnut on and drove it over to Discount tire to see about getting a patch or replacement if need be. Malcom approached us in the parking lot with a smile and friendly attitude. Gave him the run down on what was happening and he said no problem we’ll get you taken care of. He got me checked in and said give us about an hour and we’ll get you patched up as long as we can and if not we’ll discuss replacing it. Walked across the street to get something to drink and by time I walked out I got the text that it was ready. I walked in and asked Malcom what the verdict was and he said your tire is patched and back on, the doughnut is put back into place and the front tire you wanted checked out is good to go! I’ve worked customer service off and on for about ten years and absolutely appreciate good friendly customer service and Malcom did just that. Discount Tires took good care of me and Malcom made it a painless and easy experience with a smiling face. So often you don’t get that kind of experience in the customer service realm and I believe when you do get it it’s worth letting someone know. Thanks again Ma
